Hello Everyone!
My name is Alison and I'm the owner of Alison's Haircraft! I have been in the hair business for 15 years. A little background story: I started my journey in Iowa Falls developing my skills with color and cuts for 5 years. I moved to Cedar Rapids and worked at Sport Clips, managed, and built my skills in men's/boys hair. I moved back to my hometown of Eldora in 2021. Thats when Alison's Haircraft came to be!
I specialize in men's cuts, and work great with children. I also love playing with fun bright colors.
A one stop shop for the whole family!
I look forward to having you sit in my chair!

I only have one more opening for 1-2 haircuts this week.

Otherwise I am booked out the rest of this week leading up to school. I will be closed next Monday the 24th but have openings available next week if you're needing in!

Due to the rising temperature in the salon, I am having to close early today. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. I will be reaching out to all my scheduled appointments for later today and get things figured out.
The AC will be looked at sometime next week but unsure on a day.

Hello Everyone!
Due to high heat, my AC is not working properly. I am monitoring the temps inside the salon very closely. I cannot take any waxes at this time until we can have it looked at next week. If the heat inside gets over safe temps I will have to close and reschedule. I am sorry for the inconvenience! I will keep everyone who's scheduled the next few days updated.

Hello Everyone!
Parking Announcement:
In the past few days the city and or the Iowa DOT have taken away parking across the street from the salon (south side of Edgington). This now only leaves 3 parking spots in front.
There is free parking West of the building in between H&R Block and the post office. Or there is parking along Washington St in front of Panda One around the corner.
I apologize for the inconvenience, parking has always been not ideal and this definitely didn't help matters.
