We're not looking for just anyone—we're looking for dependable people who take pride in showing up, working hard, communicating well, and following through.

As our schedule continues to fill with landscaping, mowing, property maintenance, and storm cleanup projects, we're looking to connect with a few reliable individuals to help support our growing workload.

This is a great fit for someone who:

✅ Shows up when they say they will
✅ Communicates professionally and promptly
✅ Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Can work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Takes ownership of their responsibilities
✅ Enjoys working outdoors and staying active
✅ Is willing to learn and take direction
✅ Takes pride in doing quality work

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, mowing, property maintenance, equipment operation, or general labor
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus
• Availability for occasional weekends or storm-related cleanup work is a plus

We're not necessarily looking to fill a full-time position immediately. Instead, we're looking to build a roster of dependable people we can call when workload increases and additional help is needed.

This project was a lot of work, but the end result completely changed the look of the property. We were able to clean things up, improve curb appeal, and create a landscape that's much easier to maintain moving forward.

Communication is hit or miss.
The quality is just “good enough.”
And somehow, even when you’re paying good money, doing business with them still feels difficult.

That’s exactly why we built Leaf It To Us.

Our goal is simple:
Over the next 5 years, we want to become the most trusted and respected landscaping company in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.

Not by being the biggest first.

Honestly, this year alone I’ve hired multiple service companies for different things personally, and it opened my eyes to how frustrating the experience can be. People don’t answer calls, don’t communicate, don’t follow through, and make customers feel like an inconvenience.
