Cleared & stumped entire property. Demoed 3 buildings & 2 single wide trailers overtaken by trees and underbrush. Demoed multiple concrete slabs and a rock foundation chimney that was left from the original build. Backyard was graded to make a more usable space. Property was power raked, limed , fertilized, and seeded. Graded driveway, topped with 35 tons of ABC gravel. Problematic Drive that the customer has battled since installation. Had to give this drive a clean slate. Moved a ton of earth to find a solid foundation. Established the ditch line low point and built from that. 52Tons crowned, sloped and the embankment benched and matted. Additional parking space, soaked with water and rolled in to get compaction.
