Homemade sauerkraut is hands down one of my favorite fermented foods. 😋

Did you know real fermented sauerkraut is packed with live probiotics that help:

The store-bought stuff is usually pasteurized (which kills the good bacteria), but homemade keeps all the good stuff alive. It’s basicly tangy medicine in a jar! Its SO good.. Jesse even ask for a spoonful on occasions.

Did I mention it’s super easy too? Just water, cabbage, and salt- that’s it!! Combine all ingredients and forget about it for a few weeks-and voilà! You’ve just made your own gut healthy sauerkraut 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I was so excited to wake up to my elderberry plant sprouting last week! Now this baby is planted in a pot and the root system is definitely thriving under the soil! 🌱🤞🏼
