This past weekend's project was made enjoyable by some beautiful weather. The client's request was for a hassle-free opening and closing system after experiencing motor failure. The outcome is a system that glides effortlessly with just a finger's push. Working on older buildings is always a welcome challenge.

Happy to help with replacing whole units, heating elements, anode rods, or even recommended flushing. Particularly if you're in a hard water area. Mineral buildup can shorten the life of your tank as well as cause unpleasant aromas. Don't hesitate to reach out!

A quick repair to make your insurance guy happy with this one. Pressure on a 90 and cold weather put a hairline crack in this Pex causing some serious problems in this client's basement. Fortunately was able to get out there quickly to clean, sterilize, insulate, sheet, and paint the damage area to get this house back in order.
