One thing that doesn't get talked enough about, being a owner/operator, means you fill alot of seats, customer service, scheduler, problem solver, payroll, estimator, electrician, installer.

Making time to get to all the customers in a timely manner to quote the job, getting all permits required to do the work, make sure to have a coi, and bond if it's s new jurisdiction, there is a lot of behind the scenes that most people don't see.

It's mentally hard on top of the physical aspect of on the job, but I guess these are all "good" problems to have, it means the jobs are coming in, money is coming in, company is growing.

You put alot stress on yourself trying to grow in the beginning, and I have no patience, it's hard learn patience, sometimes you need to sit back and see the big picture!

Once homeowners choose tub and location, they will have us back out to wire it up.

Got a service call today, client said main breaker tripped out of no where this morning.

Upon initial investigation, nothing out of the ordinary, no arc marks, no apparent damage, no EV charger, no continuity on phases or line to neutral/ground.

Had to get my thermal image gun out, after 2 minutes of load(ac, dryer lighting etc.) B leg was up to 117° C (242°F).

Further investigation led to finding the b leg not even in the lug, at all, no solid contact with the lug.

8 years like this is crazy!
