During this time we wanted to let you know that we plan on staying open as long as we can. The service trades have been deemed essential and therefore we wanted to let you know some of the precautions we are taking.

We are enforcing these policies and procedures to protect customers and staff from the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19):
• If an employee is not feeling well, we are asking they stay home until they are symptom free for 48 hours.
• Employees will wash their hands frequently with soap and water and use hand sanitizer when needed.
• We have asked technicians to refrain from shaking hands with our customers.
• Technicians will keep a safe distance from anyone in the home.

We charge by the hour because it is the only way to make sure that you pay only for what is done. Standard service charges include a $39.00 service fee, $110.00 per hour that is pro-rated to the nearest 15 minute increment, plus material cost. Help is on the way!
