We have been working closely with the staff at the Lighthouse Grill at Stump Pass Marina. We were fortunate to assist our hometown marina with various projects, including the installation of 225ft of 8-inch barrier curb to replace a block wall, drilling and tying #5 rebar every 3ft on center to ensure structural integrity. We also cut and removed 300 sqft of concrete in the restaurant parking area, facilitating the installation of a new propane tank, as well as some smaller patchwork and freezer pads. We are excited to see them back up and running; if you haven't had the pleasure, please stop by and enjoy some delicious food and live music by the water!!

This is another one of our recent projects that we completed last week in the Nokomis area.

✔️20x42 drive with an 8x20 sidewalk

✅complete tear out and hauled away(including the first couple inches of soft sand)

✅7 tons of road base hauled in and spread to a 5” grade then compacted

✅replaced down spout with hard pipe from the house to the street ditch line

✅ number 4 rebar 3 ft on center

✅light broom with revealed edges

This recent project showcases our expertise in transforming outdoor spaces. A valued customer sought to enhance their pool area, and we delivered. We hauled and compacted 20 tons of fill, carefully raising the ground level in increments of 1 foot for optimal stability. To ensure long-lasting structural integrity, we incorporated a 1-foot-thick perimeter footing reinforced with rebar.
