I seem to always forget to take photos of a project we complete. However, this one I didn’t.
Our clients went with artificial turf in the back to keep maintenance and water down. As well as maximizing the space for their kids to play.
In the front, we converted the concrete pathway to an ADA spec paver ramp. Accompanied by two planter boxes the family can plant annuals in every year.

What have you been growing in your gardens this year? What are you most excited about?
We’ve tried for several years to grow San Marzano tomatoes, and finally seemed to find the spot in the garden they like best. Can’t wait to make a spaghetti sauce with these!

Salmon colored flowers are on display from early to late summer. Drought tolerant once established, attracts streams of hummingbirds and butterflies and are deer and rabbit resistant. Best grown in full sun and does not like damp conditions. A great addition to any landscape!

Did you know: Marigolds are great for keeping away pests. When used in a garden they keep away many insects that would disturb your plants, and can be a deterrent for deer. Also, flies do not like flying over or around the scent of marigolds. When planted in boxes near your windows or doors, this can help prevent flies from coming into your house. They come in many cheery colors.

We’ve been grateful for the rain we had after some of these 90+ degree days. Weeds were also grateful, here is a before and after of a garden bed once it was weeded. So satisfying!
