🍂 As the year starts winding down, we just want to say thank you, CSRA.

Every project you trusted us with.

Every review you took the time to leave. Every neighbor you sent our way.

It's the whole reason a local family business like ours gets to keep doing work we love.

We don't take a bit of it for granted. 🤍

And if there's something on your list before the year runs out, a remodel, a repair, a cleanup, or a "can this even be fixed?" situation, we'd be honored to take a look.

There's still time to get it done before the holidays, and it always starts the same simple way: reach out.

No pressure.

Just honest help from folks right down the road. 🙏

🌊 Bet you didn't know we do this one.

Pond dam repair and cleanup isn't something most contractors will touch, but it's exactly the kind of "who on earth do I even call for this?"

Job we love.

A failing dam, an overgrown or eroded pond, a water's edge that's gotten away from you, we handle it. 👇

🪨 Dam repair and reinforcement

🌿 Clearing overgrowth, brush, and debris

🚛 Haul off and full cleanup

💧 Getting your pond back to something you actually enjoy

If you've got a pond or dam that needs attention and you've had no idea who to call, now you do.

This might be our favorite kind of review. Not about the work. About the character. 👇

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from Sandra:

💬 "He showed up when he said he was going to, he worked later and harder than expected and went the extra mile. He is beyond trustworthy and very knowledgeable… I would highly recommend anyone looking for an honest, kind, trustworthy business."

Honest.

Kind.

Trustworthy.

If people remember us for anything, let it be that. 🤍

Thank you, Sandra.

🦃 Want it done before Thanksgiving?

This is the moment to call.

Here's the honest timeline math.

Thanksgiving is about seven weeks out.

A real project needs time for the estimate, the planning, the materials, and the actual work, and the closer we get, the more booked up every good crew becomes. ⏰

If you're picturing new floors, a finished bathroom, fresh paint, or a wrapped up repair before the family gathers around your table, the window to start comfortably is right now, in early October.

Wait until November and you're rolling the dice.

Start now and you're hosting with confidence. 🍽️

Let's get you on the calendar while there's still room.

🎨 A fresh coat of paint might be the biggest change for the smallest budget.

Nothing refreshes a tired room faster than new paint and clean trim. Scuffs gone, colors updated, baseboards crisp again, it's amazing how much newer a whole house can feel without moving a single wall. ✨

And with cooler weather here, it's the perfect indoor project season. VaughnCo can handle 👇

🎨 Interior painting, room by room or whole house

🪵 Trim, baseboards, and crown molding

🔧 Patching and prep so the finish looks flawless

🚪 Doors, cabinets, and accent walls

Getting the house ready for holiday guests?

This is the fastest win there is.

🌳 Some jobs aren't a repair.

They're a rescue.

We've rebuilt homes most people would have walked away from.

A tree through the roof all the way to the first floor.

Damage so bad the family wondered if their house was even a house anymore. 💔

This is exactly the work we're built for.

From the roof down to the floors, VaughnCo brings a home all the way back 👇

🔨 Structural framing and roof rebuilds

🏠 Siding and exterior restoration

🛁 Full interior, floors, walls, baths, top to bottom

🏡 A whole, safe, finished home again

If your home has taken serious damage and you're staring at it wondering where to even begin, start with a phone call.

It can come back.

We've done it. 🙏

Detail oriented, and won't quit until you're happy. 👇

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from Megan:

💬 "Mark was very professional and detail oriented. He made sure I was happy with the results of his pressure washing services."

Making sure you're actually happy with the result?

That's not extra.

That's the standard. ✨

Thank you, Megan. 🤍

🧱 Cracks.

Holes.

Water stains.

That patch job from years ago that never quite blended in.

Drywall damage is one of those things you stop seeing because you've walked past it so many times, until company's coming and suddenly it's all you notice. 😅

VaughnCo handles it all 👇

🔧 Patching holes and cracks

💧 Repairing water damaged drywall

🪚 Replacing full sections or whole rooms

🎨 Smooth finishing and texture matching so it actually disappears

The difference between a good drywall repair and a bad one is whether you can still see it when the paint dries.

Ours you won't.
