Tree- B-Gone NOW HIRING: TWO(2) Tree Crew Members / Future Crew Leader
📍 Local Tree Service | Full-Time plus overtime | $22–$27/hr

We’re a growing local tree service looking for 2 hard-working, dependable team members who want more than “just a job.” This role is physically demanding, mentally challenging, and highly rewarding.
What the job looks like:
• Long days (9-10.5 hour average), especially during busy season (no guaranteed end times)
• Heavy physical labor in all weather conditions
• Tree removals, trimming, rigging, hauling brush, and jobsite cleanup
• Daily problem-solving and teamwork
• Working around expensive equipment, homes, and high-risk situations where attention to detail can be life or death
What you’ll learn:
We will train you to become highly skilled in:
• Chainsaw operation and safety
• Knot tying and advanced rigging
• Tree rigging fundamentals
• Skid steer operation
* Trailer backing and maneuvering
• Professional jobsite setup and teardown
• Safety practices
Advancement opportunities:
This is not a dead-end labor job. Top performers can move into:
• Bucket Truck Operator - $30/hr
• Tree Climber - $35/hr
• Estimator / Sales -Salary + Commision
• Crew Leader -$27/hr+
If you’re ambitious, your pay and responsibility can grow quickly. High performers can expect 1-2 raises their first 3 months.
Pay:
💰 $22–$27/hour
(Based on experience, work ethic, attitude, and ability to learn)
