Congratulations to Zach Cropp on being named to the board of the Association of Air Conditioning Professionals - AACP!

Zach's journey is one of hard work and dedication. He started by sweeping warehouse floors 17 years ago, worked his way through CroppMetcalfe's apprenticeship program, gained experience in the field and on the sales team, and now serves as Safety, Fleet, and Facilities Manager. ​

This well-deserved recognition reflects the leadership and commitment he brings to our team, our customers, and the HVAC industry every day. ​

Meet Zach Cropp, our newest board member. Zach has been with CroppMetcalfe and in the industry for 17 years. He started by sweeping warehouse floors, then worked in the field, and went through CroppMetcalfe's apprenticeship program. From there he worked his way up to sales where after a few years in that role he serves as Safety, Fleet and Facilities Manager.
