We’re gearing up for fall, and this machine is 2X BIGGER than our current setup — which means we’ll be able to grab those leaf piles faster and keep things moving during the busiest part of leaf season. 💪🍁

This property was one we proudly maintained for nearly 10 years. This season, we lost it to an extremely low bid.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have cared for this property for the past decade, and we only hope the upper management and owners can see the difference between the standard we maintained and what the property looks like today. Its amazing how fast mother nature takes back over when its not maintained!

Take a look for yourself: • Weeds have taken over the landscape beds. • Bushes are only half trimmed, with debris still left behind. • Crabgrass is growing along the curb lines. • The beds haven't even been mulched, and we're heading into August. • Some sections of grass look like they haven't been mowed in months.

For nearly 10 years, this property was kept picture-perfect because we never cut corners. At Elite Property Care, we value every customer and refuse to lower our standards just to compete with a cheaper price.

Despite the heat wave, the Elite Property Care crew never slowed down. 💪

We had all of our mowing wrapped up by Wednesday night, then switched gears to hedge and bush trimming to keep our customers' properties looking their absolute best. We even found time to squeeze in one more community today making sure it was sparkling just in time for the 4th of July weekend!

I'm incredibly proud of this crew for battling the heat, staying focused, and delivering the quality our customers have come to expect!

Now it's time for everyone to enjoy a well-earned break. Crew gets rest of the day off (paid of course, this isnt the other guys landscaping company 🤷‍♂️🤭) to start their weekend!! From all of us at Elite Property Care, we wish you and your family a safe, happy, and memorable 4th of July! 🇺🇸🎆

Yesterday's windstorm left quite a mess across the area, but we're already out taking care of it.
Today, the Elite Property Care crew is busy cleaning up fallen branches, scattered debris, and storm damage at several of our commercial properties to keep them looking their best and, more importantly, safe for customers and employees.

To all of our loyal followers—and yes, even our biggest fans and the folks keeping an eye on us from the sidelines🤣—we know we've been a little quiet lately. The truth is, we've been too busy out in the field making properties look their absolute best.👌

One thing we never get tired of? Wide-open spaces like this. Our 72" Ferris mowers absolutely shine on large commercial and HOA properties, delivering crisp stripes, a quality cut, and the efficiency needed to keep every acre looking professionally maintained. 💪💪
