Are you ready for this stunning transformation?!?!

A before and after, of a very special pop-top renovation/addition in Arlington. Our clients envisioned a home built for entertaining with statement design features in each room. We had a wonderful shoot day with our clients and C Gauthier Photography, LLC capturing some of these design elements that our team worked so hard on.

Although this is not a Lee Design Studio project, it was great to see multifamily work similar in scale to the projects we are currently designing with Pulte and to learn from the construction process firsthand.

Our team joined the City of Falls Church and project partners for a walk-through of the existing buildings and grounds as planning for the community’s redevelopment moves forward. Being right next door gives us a particularly close connection to the site, its neighborhood context, and the community it serves.
