While we finish prepping for the pool installation at Dartmouth Road, the foundation is ready for the new walkway around the front of the house.

The new walkway ties into the client's stone staircase at the front of the house, decreases maintenance, and increases the curb appeal.

The longevity of a structure often comes down to water management. Clay expands when it is saturated, which has the potential to compromise the installation. At Dartmouth, the pool area does not appear to be draining, and we may need to install a sump pump, at least until we can finish the base work.
