Do you ever dream of having a home office that is beautiful and practical?
I am sharing a well thought out library/office we recently created for one of my clients. This was a plain room and we created the beautiful walnut paneling to be a custom fit around the windows. This allowed us to create the window seats which have file drawers cleverly concealed beneath them. In the two other niches we have stools that can either sit there or be brought around for guests in this room or the adjacent living room. Such a pretty room complete with motorized shades and custom bookcase lighting.

A cozy fall setting beckons these homeowners to their family room where the room was totally transformed! We added the paneling and new fireplace mantel. The paneling is painted a strie of greens. The drapery poles are in pine to match the mantel. A very cool more modern wing chair is upholstered in a crocodile embossed leather upon which sits and animal print pillow . A swanky brass table sits next to it for a place to put your drink or book . A thoughtful wall sconce lights not only the reading area but illuminates the modern art as well. hashtag

Enjoy entertaining at home? Here is a peek at one of our latest dining rooms done in a light traditional style. The room had a flaw in it that we needed to over come. Like alot of dining rooms, it only had one window. In order to give the feeling of the outdoors as well as a focal point we used the beautiful hashtag panels on either side of a breakfront. We custom colored the De Gournay paper so that the birds matched the existing area rug and extended the pattern over the breakfront
