As we wrap up National Intern Day, our minds are on the dollhouse exercise.
Each year, we end our internship program with a dollhouse exercise that shows our interns that owning or renting a home comes with real responsibilities.
It’s a powerful reminder that the business lessons learned this summer — planning, budgeting, accountability, and teamwork — also apply to everyday life.
