🚧🔥 ANOTHER ONE WRAPPED UP BY TY’S LAND MANAGEMENT! 🔥🚧
This property had a serious slope around the new in-ground pool, and our goal was to completely reshape the area, establish the proper grade, improve drainage, and leave behind a solid foundation for the future landscaping.
This wasn’t just about moving some dirt — the details and the final grade matter.
We started by cutting the slope down and regrading the surrounding area, carefully shaping the property to create a smoother transition away from the pool while helping water drain properly instead of creating future washouts or drainage problems.
🚜 Brought in multiple loads of fill dirt to build and establish the proper grade
🚜 Cut down and reshaped the existing slope
💧 Graded the area with proper drainage in mind
🌱 Finished everything with high-quality organic-matter topsoil
🌱 Seeded the newly graded areas for fresh grass growth
🌱 Installed Curlex erosion-control blanket in areas needing extra protection
🌾 Strawed the remaining seeded areas to help protect the new seed and hold moisture
🏡 Left the property properly prepared for future landscaping around the new in-ground pool

This project is a perfect example of what we’re all about — DETAIL, QUALITY, AND DOING THE JOB RIGHT. 💪🏡
We didn’t just come in and throw down some mulch and call it finished. We took the time to look at the property, improve the layout, address drainage concerns, and give the landscaping a fresh new appearance from start to finish.
For this transformation, we extended the existing flower beds to create a larger, cleaner and more defined landscape. Everything was cleaned out, reshaped, trimmed and professionally edged to give the property those sharp, crisp lines that make a huge difference in curb appeal.
💧 We also installed pop-up drains to help control water flow and prevent washouts around the newly finished landscaping. Because a great-looking job is only part of it — we want our work to function properly and hold up.
The entire project was finished off with fresh mulch, clean edges and a detailed final cleanup.

Quality starts from the ground up. A shed is only as good as the foundation beneath it, and that's why we take the extra time to build every pad the right way from the very beginning.
This custom-built 15' x 27' shed pad was designed for long-term durability, proper drainage, and a clean, professional appearance.
✔️ Site carefully excavated and cut to proper grade using laser precision
✔️ Base built with RC-6 to create a solid, compacted foundation that resists settling and promotes excellent drainage
✔️ Finished with Blue #57 Stone for a clean, attractive look while improving drainage and creating a firm, stable surface
✔️ Constructed with heavy-duty 6x6 pressure-treated timbers for maximum strength and longevity
✔️ Reinforced using 1/2" rebar, heavy-duty corner brackets, flat steel plates, and 10-inch structural lag bolts to ensure the border stays locked together for years to come
As an added feature, we also built a dedicated trailer parking area using 4x4 pressure-treated timbers, giving the customer additional usable space while maintaining the same professional finish.
