History amazes me! And this building and the history behind it is incredible. I love architecture, and trying to imagine the craftsmanship behind the details of these old historic buildings. A time long gone, built with technology (or lack of) that we wouldn’t even know what to do with.

This project is special to me! And IWT couldn’t be more happy to give this home, turned museum. the love and detail that it deserves!

Can’t wait to show the final product! We don’t change the color scheme on history, but I’m confident the amount of prep we put into this will glow from the road!

This one took every bit of skill I had. It was great working behind an amazing trim Carpenter, but even then the detail in this crown at the miter and at the joints really took some finesse to make it look seamless. Top it off with pre-primed trim that had a ton of detail. And texture that we had to sand off. Everybody can paint, but not everybody can paint well!

Five doors 10 windows. All wood windows that got painted all the way around there was a lot of work here but we killed it and we appreciate you Don!

We’re still in the process, but proud to show the level of detail in this trim and crown!

It took days of sanding, hole filling, and caulking and 1.5 hrs to paint! The work, and the finish all rely on our focus and detail! I love jobs that get to show off the talent.

Doing a wash and seal on this beautiful patio! Prepping it with Total prep from Innovative Concrete Technology to remove dirt and efflorescence.

Next we’ll seal it with a natural sealer that will bead water for years and keep this amazing hang out spot looking fresh!

In the busiest of times it’s important to slow down, and show up for your people and your life! Took me a very long time to realize it, and it’s not easy to take a day off!

We lucked out with weather, and worked great as a team and got this wrapped up just in time for the coming up grand opening!
