Painted cabinets. New appliances. Granite And some little ins and outs to make all good. With Subway tile.

A water damage repair tear out and put back together for use. Shower was leaking from day one with the old rubber shower pan unseen till mold shows her nasty self. The new ultimate German Schluter system total water proof and mold proof 10 year guarantee.

2 more 2nd floor custom baths completed side by side. Great transformation.
Walls torn out to open up.
Acrylic claw foot tub.
Tub removed to install walk in shower with bench.
All granite tops in 3.5 baths.
This is the same house from the 90 k kitchen from 2 years ago.
Another repeat customer.
All demo was takin out a window with 5 Gallon buckets on a ladder pully system to keep traffic and dust down through out house along with 2 500 lb cast iron tubs.

Massive 2 storey deck with Screen room and underdecking roof. 3 great spaces.
16 x 49. Holes dug 6 to 8 foot deep due to fill for footings 100 degree weather. Talk about wood shrink. Out of our controll what wood will do. But we try to handle it as job progresses. But once done it's another good Job by Craigs Remodeling and Repair.
