When I look at these pics it makes me smile. Our customer gave us an AI photo and asked us to built it for him. Our decking crew did an amazing job once again. From the stock pool deck, ac blind, projection board and blind for the neighbors, the whole project came together.
This gave our customers their privacy and all the elements they wanted to include in their vision.
Thank you again Mr. & Mrs. Molidor for the opportunity to build for you again. *we built the 6’ tall True horizontal fence w/ aluminum on the back for the pond.* Their yard is a beautiful site!

Love the peace of mind and security that no one can get into the yard.

FYI…. To all customer and people having pressure treated lumber projects built. Do NOT let that contractor talk you into staining or painting your project without letting the lumber DRY for at least 30 days.
If you don’t wait the stain or painting will rot the wood extremely fast. That contractor will waste your money. You don’t want a fence that should last 15-20 years to rot out in 2-3 years. Make sure you’re asking these questions at your consultation appointments.
If that contractor can’t explain why you need to wait at least 30 days to stain or paint, this is not the contractor you want doing your project.

We have seen a lot of “new” fence, carpentry, handyman and construction LLC’s pop up in the past few months. They’re staining and painting day of or day after construction, this is a BIG NO NO! Be informed about your projects.
