Bathroom Renovation- Did A Full Demolition & Remodel In This Basement Bathroom. Had Some Help From My Boy Atkins from CJ Atkins Enterprise With This One. The First Day We Came In & Removed Everything Leaving Us With A Clean Slate.
Vinyl Flooring & Baseboard: Laid The Vinyl Floor & Cut Trim/Baseboard To Go Around Basement Plumbing. As Well As Quarter Round To Cover Up Gap Between New Shower Pan & Floor.
Toilet: After Floor Was Complete Put New Wax Ring On Previous Toilet & Dropped It Back In.
Vanity: Sink & Faucet, As Well As Plumbed The Sinks Drain & Replaced Both Hot & Cold Shut Off Valves.
Drywall: We Then Repaired The Drywall Around The Bottoms Of the Wall, From Previous Water Damage. As Well As Any Little Holes.
Shower: Put A New Shower Pan, Walls, Shelves, Faucet, & New Hot/Cold Shut Off Valves.
Medicine Cabinet/ Mirror: swapped Out With A Newer Mirror Hiding The Fact That It Is A Medicine Cabinet Too.
Door: Installed A Plain Sheeted Door On A Barn Door Track To Allow Better Privacy On Than A Towel For Users.
Paint: On Drywall Repairs We Used A Primer & Painted The Whole Bathroom a Light Gray.
Light/Exhaust Fan & Basement Window: Installed A New Light With A Built In Exhaust Fan. Being The Basement Did Not Have One Before We Had To Vent It Outside Through a Basement Window. We Took The Old Window Panes Out & Replaced Them With Plexiglass. Drilled a Hold 7 Installed a Duct Vent Pest Guard Kit, To Allow Air Out From But Nothing To Come In. Then Put A Flexible Dryer Ducting To Connect At the Light & The Duct Vent Pest Guard Kit.
