We replace old worn out non energy efficient windows with new Simonton Vinyl Replacement Windows. We not only replace the window but we also inspect and replace all rotten sills and brick molds surrounding the window. 99% of the time we install the new window from the outside, thus not damaging your inside window casing. We order our new windows with a 1/2" thick 2" wide foam wrap around the exter

ior frame to insure proper insulation. This foam wrap prevents air seepage between the original frame and the new replacement window. After the new window is set we install a G-8 Commercial grade aluminum wrap around the lower sill and surrounding brick molds. This G-8 aluminum wrap encloses the window thus eliminating any future water damage to the complete window unit. The last step is to apply a small bead of caulk along the G-8 wrap at the new window frame, then apply a bead of 100% clear silicone the outside of the window unit where the G-8 wrap and exterior wall meet.
