We've been working with a real estate company that has had this old Goodman system on one of their properties for 20+ years. We've had to add refrigerant or perform some kind of other mechanical repair to it every year for about 3 years or so now. This year they decided it was time to upgrade. I believe it turned out good if I do say so myself. 😁

My buddy Mr.Stephens called me up one day with a no cooling call, we ended up finding a busted evaporator coil on a 23 year old Goodman system, (the shiny copper in the first picture is the oil residue from the leaking refrigerant) Mr. Stephens opted to replace the system with a new Ruud unit that should definitely provide years of comfort cooling for this home. !

Man we've had a hot job here this week at P*e Dee Climate Solutions. We got the privilege of putting some nice air conditioning in a home that has never had central heating and air before. It was hard and hot, but we got the job done. I also believe our customer was very satisfied judging by that smile on her face.

A very nice fella called me and said he was buying a new manufactured home to put on a plot of land. He asked if I was interested in hooking up the air conditioning. I told him I would be honored. This is how the project turned out, and he seems very pleased with the results.

A very nice lady in the Timmonsville/Sardis area called us about replacing her duct work. In case anyone is curious what the inside of 20 plus year old ductwork looks like this is it, We were able to get it all replaced, and the end product is definitely much better than what she had. She has much better air flow and because of the new duct system being sealed and insulated properly her house will cool exponentially better and her system will be much more efficient. (After pictures at the end)

Such a small piece that will cause such a big problem. This is the Schrader valve and as with other things on any air conditioner they can wear out with age. This customer contacted us out of the Gable, New Zion area with a no cooling complaint. We arrived to find her unit with absolutely no "Freon" in it. The Schrader valve had malfunctioned, and blew her refrigerant charge. We replaced the part, pressure tested, and followed other procedures to get her charged back up and running in no time.
