🌟 Intern Spotlight: Lucas Fields 🌟
We're excited to recognize our second-year intern, Lucas Fields! Lucas is a Business Management major at The Citadel. During his internship, Lucas has enjoyed learning about the different phases of construction and gaining hands-on experience throughout the building process. He chose to return to Gilbert Construction because of the family-like environment and the opportunity to continue learning. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys working out and golfing. We're thankful to have Lucas back for another summer and wish him continued success at The Citadel and beyond!

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Will Turner 🌟

We're proud to recognize our second-year intern, Will Turner. Will is a junior at The Citadel, where he is majoring in Business Management with a minor in Construction Management. Reflecting on his first internship, Will shared that he learned how to effectively manage a construction site and the importance of taking pride in your work. Returning this summer allowed him to continue building on that foundation and further expand his construction knowledge through hands-on experience. When he's not on the job site, Will enjoys spending his time in the gym and staying active. We're thankful Will chose to return to Gilbert Construction for another summer and appreciate his hard work and dedication. We wish him continued success as he finishes his time at The Citadel and look forward to seeing where his future in the construction industry takes him!

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Ryan Small 🌟

As our summer internship comes to a close, we'd like to recognize one of our outstanding first-year interns, Ryan Small. This fall, Ryan will begin his journey at The Citadel, where he'll major in Civil Engineering. During his time at Gilbert Construction, Ryan was eager to learn about every step involved in creating infrastructure and gained valuable insight into how projects come together from planning to completion. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending his time duck and deer hunting. We wish him the very best as he begins this exciting new chapter and look forward to seeing all he accomplishes in the years ahead. Good luck, Ryan. We know you have a bright future ahead!
