This was one of our most involved projects and a labor of love getting this property from where it was to where it is. What started off as what looked to be a mostly cosmetic rehab turned into a full gut remodel with so many challenges. Definitely a night and day difference inside and out. Its just about wrapped up and its hitting the market in a few days. So if youre in the market for a beautifully and well rebuilt home on almost 3 acres in Maryland Heights minutes away from Creve Couer park and in the AAA Parkway school district, give our agents a call.
