This roof had reached the end of its service life. Years of exposure to the elements left the shingles deteriorated and the roof system in need of a complete overhaul.

Our team started with a full tear off down to the decking, inspected and replaced damaged areas, installed new plywood sheathing, and rebuilt the roofing system from the ground up. The result? A durable, beautiful new roof built to protect this home for years to come.

Forest Grove project complete ✔️🏡

This beautiful home tucked into the Forest Gale Heights community was one of those roofs that keeps surprising you! From the front it has that clean one story look, but once you get above it you realize it opens into a much larger two-story layout with a lot of detail and complexity throughout the roof system.

Projects like this are a reminder that every roof has its own personality. Different elevations, multiple roof sections, transitions, and details all require careful planning and precision to make sure everything comes together the right way.
