Out with the old, in with the new ✨
There’s something so satisfying about demo day. Watching an older feature come out and making room for something fresh, functional, and beautiful is always worth it. Can’t wait to show the transformation!

🏡 FROM PROJECT TO SOLD! 🔨✨

We had the opportunity to completely transform this Portland, Oregon home and help the owner get it ready to hit the market and the results speak for themselves!

This wasn’t just a quick cosmetic refresh. Our team completed a full range of improvements to bring this home back to life:

🔨 Full bathroom remodel
🎨 Full interior paint
✨ Hardwood floors refinished
🚿 Full-house repipe
⚡ Upgraded outlets & electrical work
🏠 Brand-new roof

Then came the best part…

The home hit the market, received TWO offers the day of the open house, and SOLD! 🙌

Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do. Being able to take a property that needs some love, handle everything from the interior finishes to major home systems and roofing, and ultimately help the homeowner achieve a quick, successful sale is incredibly rewarding.

Whether you’re preparing a home to sell, tackling a remodel, or need construction and roofing work completed under one trusted team Acme High Performance is here to help.

Storm Grey from every angle.

Another roof wrapped up by the Acme crew, and this color deserves its own moment.

This home received Malarkey Vista® AR shingles in Storm Grey. A blend of charcoal, grey and subtle lighter tones that creates some seriously beautiful dimension across the roof.

With multiple rooflines and plenty of angles, Storm Grey really gets a chance to show off its depth and variation from every view. 🙌🏼

But as always, we care about a whole lot more than how a roof looks when we’re finished.

Vista® AR is built for performance, giving homeowners a roofing system designed to stand up to the Pacific Northwest while still adding a major curb appeal upgrade.

Because around here, we want your roof to do both:

Look good. Protect better. Last. 🔨

Another one in the books for Acme High Performance. 💪

🏡 Getting This Portland Home Market-Ready

There’s a lot that happens between “we’re ready to sell” and “we’re ready to list.” 🔨✨

Our construction team is currently helping bring this Portland home across that finish line with a bathroom remodel, repairs throughout the home, fresh paint, and all those details that make a property feel clean, cared for, and ready for its next owners.

From repairing what needs attention to putting on those finishing touches, Thuy and the team are hands-on every step of the way. Because sometimes preparing a home for the market doesn’t mean starting over it means knowing what to fix, what to refresh, and where the work will make the biggest difference.

Whether you’re preparing to sell, updating a home you just purchased, or simply ready to tackle the projects that have been sitting on your list we’re here to help.

One project. One team. Done with care.

🏠 Aloha, Oregon — Roof in Progress

There’s a whole lot more underneath those shingles than what you see when the job is finished. 👏

Our crew is out in Aloha, Oregon, getting this home prepped from the deck up and ready for its new roofing system.

These are some of our favorite shots because they show the part homeowners don’t always get to see! The prep, the details, the material handling, and all the work that goes into making sure everything underneath the finished roof is done right.

With multiple rooflines, valleys, dormers and penetrations, this one definitely keeps the crew moving. 🔨

Because a great looking finished roof starts with the work you won’t see once the shingles go on.

Need a roof replacement, repair, or just want to know what condition yours is in? Give our team a call, we’re always happy to take a look.

There’s something special about serving your own community. ❤️🏡

One of our favorite parts of what we do is getting to work with fellow local business owners who care deeply about Forest Grove and the people who call it home.
