The dryer vents are one of the most common leaks on a home. The lips on these are very small and if re-used and not sealed properly they will definitely leak. On this home delete so much that I wanted out the way. We replaced the flowers as well as the synthetic felt. We'll start a new event and make sure that it was sealed properly. Also if you do not remove the screens on these then they will build up lent pretty fast and cause it to be clogged. Get your roof checked out now for possible leaks and to prevent further damage to your home.

Skylights are really cool feature on a home. But they also can be a costly one if you don't get it flash properly or keep it maintained. This guy right here had some holes on the top flashing causing it to leak. We reflashed and sealed the entire skylight. A new skylight dome was also installed. We then painted the flashing to match the shingles. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns on any of your roof features. 💯
