Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I’ll be having shoulder surgery in mid-August, so at this time I won’t be taking on any new projects beyond what I already have scheduled.

I want to thank all of my customers, friends, and supporters for keeping Isenbarger Construction busy. As much as I hate slowing down, I need to take the time to recover properly so I can come back and continue providing the quality work everyone expects.

With that being said, if we’ve already talked about a project and you’d like to get it completed before my surgery, please reach out as soon as possible so we can get you on the schedule.

Thank you all for the continued support. It means more than you know. I’ll keep everyone updated as surgery and recovery get closer.

From layout to finished product. 🔨

This customer wanted a safe, low-maintenance entryway that matched the look of their home. We built a new pressure-treated frame, installed composite decking, vinyl railing, and finished everything with matching skirting for a clean, custom appearance.

A huge upgrade from what was there before and built to last for years to come.

Monday transformation on this park model home.

Out with the old, unsafe, weathered steps and in with a completely rebuilt entryway. We tore everything down and rebuilt it from the ground up with fresh treated lumber, stronger framing, wider steps, and brand new railings.

Simple upgrade, but it completely changed the look and feel of the home while making it safer and sturdier for years to come. Solid way to spend a beautiful Monday.

Texas job recap 🇨🇱

This one was a full transformation. What started as major water damage and rotten flooring turned into a solid, clean, updated space. We tore out the damaged shower floor, repaired the framing, installed new cement board and waterproofing, while the homeowner handled the tile work. Then we brought everything back stronger than before. Finished it off with fresh flooring throughout the kitchen and completely changed the look of the space.

Not every project is pretty when it starts… but that’s what we do. We take the problems nobody wants to deal with and turn them into something solid again.

Did some mobile home skirting today and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Clean lines, solid fitment, and a huge upgrade to the overall appearance of the home. It’s crazy how much of a difference quality skirting makes — not only does it make the place look cleaner and more finished, but it also helps protect underneath the home as well.

We take pride in doing things the right way and making sure every job looks clean when we leave. Big or small, we appreciate every customer that trusts us with their home and their projects.
