🔨What style of home you build matters on the lot. If you had your heart set on a basement but the lot has a high water table and you can’t, we have a problem!
🔨We can build on just about any lot - for a price! Some lots are easier to build on than others. Raw land takes a lot more money to develop. A lot that already has utilities run to it or nearby is significantly easier on the pocketbook.
🔨HOA/ Builder or Deed Restrictions - some lots only allow a single builder- or have deed or HOA restrictions that could limit the style, layout, square footage of the home.
