Another pre season furnace and ac knocked out. Removed the old moldy, plywood and sheetrock return box, custom fabricated a new all metal return dropper, filter cabinet and supply plenum to lay the old leaky, smelly duct board plenum to rest!
This one was quite the tin knocking test, but came out better than the customer was expecting after spending years being told that the old setup was the only way possible.
