Our little helper for today trying to help us get through all these calls!📞📝⚡️ We are still having a high call volume we are trying to get back with everyone as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience! In the mean time here are some Common Questions and answers!

Q: When will I get power back?
A: Usually it is about a week from the time that the town receives BOTH your structural and electrical inspections. That is just an estimate it may be sooner or may be longer!
Q: Is it safe to turn the power on even though everything went under water?
A: Yes, it is safe to turn the power on, you will need to do repairs as soon as you can but you have some time before everything starts to go bad! Our electricians will turn off all breakers including the main one when doing their inspection so if you are not home your house will be reconnected but will not be live until you turn it on! If a breaker trips when you turn power back on please leave it in the tripped position until you can get an electrician there to do repairs!!
Q: When are you guys starting repairs?
A: Like all of you our house was on island and our business was run out of our downstairs. We lost all of our tools and stock. We are working on ordering more but a lot of things are hard to get right now. We will try to keep everyone up to date on when we start repairs!
Q: Do I need to submit the electrical inspection to the town/FPL myself?
A: No! We will submit every address we do daily to the town the same day the inspection was done! Once the town receives both your structural and electrical inspection they will contact FPL to clear your house. FPL will not contact you before they come to reconnect your power

With the amount of phone calls and texts we are getting I'm thinking this will be the best way to let everyone know where we are going to be for inspections during the week.
We are located on island so if you are on island and need and inspection on Mondays and Tuesdays when the bridge is closed we will still be able to come to you!

We currently are ONLY doing electrical inspections, we still need to order stock and replace our tools before we are able to do any repairs. Once we are ready for repairs we will let everyone know! We do have a list started of people wanting repairs when we are ready!
Also with the traffic on the island we are trying our hardest to bunch people on the same street/area into the same day. We have been getting your calls and I will be getting back with you all as soon as possible! Please bare with us as we fine tune our system to find a way that works best for all of us! 😊
