We are seeking a responsible Carpenter with Barge work experience, knowledge of Marine Construction, Sea Walls, and Dock Building. Your duties will include the following:
Assist in driving piles and sheet piles, operate machine driving piles.
Assist in construction of Docks and Seawalls.
Assist in navigation watch and participate in routine safety drills and procedures.
Secure barge and boat equipment, handle lines and ropes during docking.
Oversee quality of the site, and that every tool is put back in its spot in the trailer, barge, or boat.
Complete daily logs of hardware inventory used, so that it ensures on site readiness.
One of your primary responsibilities is to assist the foreman in completing each task at hand.
You must have minimum five years of field experience with the ability to operate the following:
Barge push boat
All heavy equipment Cranes and small to large excavators operator
Install seawall all types
Form and pour of seawall cap
All aspect of the marine building process
They also have to report the progress of the project to superiors.
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Vocational or Trade School
Apprenticeship Programs
Heavy Equipment Excavator
Pile Driver
Seawall Cap

We are seeking a responsible Crew Leader/Working foreman with knowledge of Marine Construction, Sea Walls, and Dock Building. Pay is $35hr. You should have previous experience leading a crew on either a seawall or a dock construction company and know how to operate a barge and a push boat. A few of the main duties are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, and managing the budget. You must have minimum three years as a job supervisor with the ability to operate the following:
Barge push boat
All heavy equipment Cranes and small to large excavators operator
Install Pilings
Dock construction
Install seawall all types
Form and pour of seawall cap
All aspect of the marine building process
They also have to report the progress of the project to superiors.
