Demolition and removal of the existing pier, followed by the ongoing construction of a new, fully engineered replacement pier within Brian H. Chappell Park. The project includes careful planning, removal of existing structural elements, and the installation of new piles, decking, and associated components to restore safe and reliable access to the waterfront.
