In loving memory of our father, our friend, and our mentor, Troy Drawdy…
Heritage Concrete Construction is built on the foundation of those who have shaped us, developed the morals and patterns of our practices, and conquered tasks before us we otherwise could have never dreamed. The heritage and legacy of those who have refined us, and the future generations we will mold, are the heart of this company.
Troy Drawdy, the father/father-in-law of owners Justin and Rhonda Drawdy, was a pillar behind the scenes of Heritage Concrete Construction, whose experience and legacy catapulted the vision of this company. He was the mentor of a lifetime. On May 10, 2026, surrounded by his immediate family, Troy went home into the loving arms of Jesus.
Over the past 35 years, his leadership has branched out to almost every front-runner on our team. Troy’s practice, knowledge, and patience contributed to his heart for teaching others. So many men on our team had the privilege of learning from Troy. From his guidance, they implemented skills taught by him into their everyday routines, from reading site plans to saying morning prayers. There was never a challenge he could not see a way through.
Heritage Concrete Construction will forever be impacted by the light, love, and expertise Troy offered. While his absence creates a permanent void in this company, we hold his lessons near and will continue to work diligently in the path set out for us, on a foundation he laid through his dedication to the craft, strong work ethic, and love for Jesus every day.
