This space had water damage, so we teamed up with the homeowner and their insurance company to get it fully restored. We repaired the walls and ceiling, added a fresh Spanish lace finish to the ceiling, then painted the ceiling and walls for a clean new look. Finally, we installed brand-new flooring to bring it all together.

Part 2 of the office remodel we did. Some of the things to include are closing off the break area to create room for another office, building a media closet to hide wiring, and installing cabinetry with high-end quartz countertops in every office. There wasn't an area in this over 1800 sq. ft. office that we did not touch. The customer absolutely loved every bit of her new space. I mean, with an office as cozy as this, who wouldn't mind coming to work?

Part 1l: Before and after pictures of our recent office remodel. These are pictures of the kitchenette, bathrooms and conference area.

We worked side by side with the customer, making sure everything that she wanted/needed for her space was checked off. Including closing off the hall that connects the kitchen to the bathroom. This allowed for more counter space in the kitchen and more privacy for the bathrooms. The customer chose all of the finishings and decor, and we absolutely love how it turned out!
