We’re looking for a highly organized person who can bring structure and efficiency to our growing business.
If you're good with computers, Facebook, invoicing, and schedules — we need you.
This is a hybrid role — part receptionist, part office manager, part personal assistant.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– Answer phones & manage incoming leads
– Post on Facebook & help with basic marketing
– Input info into our CRM and send out invoices
– Organize paperwork, manage schedules, keep our day on track
– Help streamline operations and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
WHO YOU ARE:
✅ Proficient with Facebook, computers, and communication
✅ Quick learner with invoicing tools and CRMs
✅ Naturally organized, reliable, and confident taking initiative
✅ Able to handle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
✅ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
This job is for someone who takes ownership and helps keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Part-time to start, with the possibility of full-time for the right person.
