The only thing better than building a deck in New Mexico summer weather is building a second. This was truly on a mountain side and challenging to work on but the homeowners loved the finished product.

It started as a steep mountain side and ended up as a two-tier deck where they can watch the deer and elk while sipping their morning or evening beverage! It was much nicer working in the New Mexico weather than the Texas heat.

Working on a painting/staining project in Lewisville. Started out with this simple fix and turned into the whole house. It will be ready to list by the end of next week.

Getting in the dirt to fix several broken pipes, replacing half-a-dozen sprinkler heads, and putting in a smart controller, so that we can save the poor lawn and plants!

House renovations are fun. This project was special because it is Grandma and Grandpa’s new home. Scraping the popcorn ceilings and removing the tile floors throughout was particularly fun!
