UPDATE!!! EAST BAILEY BOSWELL OFFICE BUILDINGS- All irrigation, all trees, all landscape, and all sod has been installed for Phase 1!!! Thank you to our guys for working hard in 108 degree temps to get it done on schedule!

UPDATE: ALBERT FARINE ELEMENTARY- Phase 1 is almost complete! All irrigation and landscape in all courtyards has been completed. All irrigation, trees, and sod around all sides of the new building have been completed!

Phase 2 coming right up!!!

UPDATE: PARKSPRING WACO- First 5 buildings complete! The clubhouse and buildings 1- 4 have all irrigation, landscape, edging, trees, grass, retaining walls, and drainage completed! Moving right along! Still under construction so don't mind the mess!

NEW PROJECT! FARINE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - We broke ground this week and will be installing 81 zones of two wire irrigation with a 2.5" mainline, almost 400,000 SF of sod (a football field is 57,600 SF), and lots of trees and landscape. Can't wait to see the finished project!

UPDATE: PARKSPRING WACO- Irrigation and drainage are going in! A clubhouse with a pool and 10 additional condominium buildings! Thank you to all of our trade partners and their hard work! Let's go Waco!

UPDATE: HOWE ISD RETAINING WALL- The wall has been completed! All that's left is connecting our drainage into the existing storm drain.
