There was an unbelievable transformation at this house in Weatherford! These wonderful repeat customers decided to reimagine their home and how they lived in it.

We completely remodeled the kitchen to create a magazine-worthy space perfect for entertaining. The new remodeled pantry is beautiful but also provides ample storage. The former living room, with its large fireplace became a fabulous dining room with built-in glass-front cabinets and a stunning chandelier.

We enclosed the back covered patio to create a phenomenal family room that connects with their outdoor living and pool area through expansive glass doors. No barriers blocking that view now! Notice that once was the exterior patio fireplace is now a beautiful focal point for this room. Be sure to check out the coffered ceiling details, the hand-scraped wood floors, and a new wet bar. And that’s not all…

We added a second floor to this home. In this addition, we created a the perfect hangout for kids and adults alike to enjoy movies, gaming, or just a quiet retreat. There is also a full bathroom for guests.

When you’ve lived in your home for a while, you begin to notice things that could make everyday life easier. Maybe your needs have changed, or something that once worked well for your family simply doesn’t anymore. That’s where thoughtful remodeling can make a big difference.

These repeat customers in Aledo came to us with a wish list of targeted updates throughout their home. While some involved only one or two modifications in a room, together they made the home more functional, accessible, and better suited to the way the family lives today.

Here’s what we did:

• Added a new wet bar with lighted floating shelves in the second living area and relocated the kitchen beverage cooler to the new space.

• Modified the office barn doors with glass inserts, allowing more light to flow between spaces.

• Converted cramped, unused space beneath the stairs into easily accessible storage.

• Relocated the refrigerator to create a new pass-through hallway between rooms.

• Built a new refrigerator surround with lighted cabinetry above.

• Relocated the coffee bar to the new hallway, creating a dedicated coffee area.

• Modified the kitchen island cabinetry where the beverage cooler had previously been located.

• Updated the flooring in three bathrooms.
