🛠️ The goal: to reimagine a classic ranch with an open layout and add a thoughtfully designed ADU for multi-generational living.⁠

This home has remained largely unchanged since it was built, with many of its original features still intact. While full of character, the layout feels closed off and doesn’t reflect how families live today. The existing kitchen is separated from the main living spaces, and the ceilings in key areas limit the sense of openness.⁠

The renovation will focus on creating better flow throughout the home: opening up the kitchen and living room, raising ceilings, and expanding key spaces like the primary suite.⁠

At the same time, a 900 sq. ft. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) will be added to the back of the house, creating a comfortable, independent living space designed with the future in mind.⁠
