Just finished this pooldeck. Removed the old ceramic coping and poured a new seamless slate stamped coping then stained and recolored the deck . Wanted to highlight the feature strips a dark grey but the homeowners were undecided so theyre going to wait till spring. They love the new look. Enjoy the before and after photos

Here's another job we recently did doing a deep cleaning scrub, rehighlighted all the features and then resealed everything. The sealer on decorative concrete needs to be maintained every 1 to 2 years max. Weather Conditions such as sun,shade,rain snow ,the freeze thaw cycle all play a part in how long your sealer holds up. Should you not maintain your sealer you run the risk of it wearing off and then what happens is the colors start to change and fade and those vibrant colors become dull or dissappear completely along with the highlight colors . So always try to keep your concrete sealed to protect this from happening. Should this happen not to worry there are ways to refurbish it and bring those colors and your concrete back to life. Here is a set of brick stairs we took apart and replaced with cultured stone (New England field stone ) veneers. We then acid washed all the bluestone treads and everything that we veneered , and wrapped it all up by sealing it all with a wet look semi gloss sealer.

Heres another refurbished job that was one of the toughest ones I've done. Each square had to be hand teaked one at a time to look like it had features because the features had worn off and the squares were bare. This job we cut out a square in thr border because it had water damage and had sunken and pulled away from the pool coping so we put new material in compacted it good , added dowels and wire plus reinforced the coping with joint clips and repoured and stamped the square to match then stained the border. We also grinded every joint throughout the pookdeck because some were so far worn you couldn't see the pattern anymore . Once that was completed we stained the entire pooldeck then antiqued every square one at a time becuse the features were worn off. The end result was fantastic and the homeowners very pleased with the work done. I've enclosed start to finish photos so you all can see the progress of this project .

Here's another project we just wrapped up with another happy satisfied customer.
Start to finish the project took 4 days time.
This is a non slip brushed broom finish patio and walk way with shined control joints in the walk and a sawcut square pattern joints on the patio. Enjoy the photos and have a great weekend!

ok here's the other one we started at the end of March. This one was tough I tell you. the pool deck not only was yellow custard colored and super hard to cover but also the subgrade underneath it was so washed out that it was suspended 6 to 8 Inches and was in the process of a super disaster had we not been hired to rip it out and replace it. The water damage had caused so much erosion underneath of it, that it literally was hanging in the air. The whole border dropped as soon. as we started the demolition and saw cutting if to take it out. We also covered a yellowish brown walkway out front that I got a Lil crafty with staining the bricks. anyways the pictures tell the story ...Enjoy Everyone

This was a month long project that took 2 due to rain and unforseen hiccups. the finished product couldn't have come out better and looks fantastic. The seamless slate wall cap border is a blend of 2 Grey's charcoal and magnesium and the heavy quary stone stamped deck itself a blend of 5 colors sand,vanilla,alabaster,beige and aluminum.
I've included start to finish project photos so you can watch as the project gets underway and goes thru the steps to get to the finished product. Enjoy Everyone!

Took out the stamped border on this pooldeck and repoured it with a pewter gray intregal colored concrete and a brushed broom finish followed by sawcut control joints.
This border had heaved and cracked due to water damage and errosion. We put in all new dense grade material and compacted it solid then dowelled into all existing concrete edges follwed by a heavy gauge wire mesh grid and #4 rebar. There wont be any settling issues hete again thats for sure. A structural rebar mat is always a good way to go to avoid settling or heaving issues.
