Same waterfront view. Completely different condo. 🔨

A waterfront view this good deserved an interior to match. This condo got a major Oceans Edge refresh, taking it from dated and closed-off to bright, clean, modern, and made for coastal living.

New flooring throughout, a completely updated kitchen with custom cabinetry, fresh finishes, updated stairs and railings, paint, trim, and plenty of details that completely changed how the space looks and feels.

And yes… you’re going to want to swipe all the way to the end for the before photos. 👀 The transformation is GOOD.

Now THIS is a shower upgrade. 👏

A spacious walk-in shower with crisp white tile, pebble flooring, a built-in bench, niche storage, and black-framed glass completely refreshed this bathroom while keeping it clean and classic.

Proof that the right renovation can make an existing space feel brand new.

A little shiplap goes a long way. 👏

We added warm-toned shiplap around this already-beautiful stone fireplace, taking the wall from plain drywall to a finished feature that feels like it was always meant to be there.

The mix of stone, shiplap, and built-ins adds just enough texture and warmth without competing with the fireplace itself.

Sometimes the biggest difference comes down to the finishing details.

Our team is volunteering our time tomorrow to help a local Non Profit in the Lewes area. We are going to be tackling some painting and installing door trim, nothing that is extremely labor intensive. NO TOOLS NECESSARY JUST YOUR TIME AND WILLINGNESS TO PAINT. If anyone needs any volunteer hours or is willing to lend a hand to help this Non Profit come back from a flood it would be greatly appreciated! Big progress happening in Bridgeville. 👏

This custom shop is really starting to take shape with new interior walls, custom accent trim, fresh drywall, updated electrical, metal ceilings, and plenty of craftsmanship going into every detail.

Still more to come, but it’s exciting to see the vision coming together one step at a time. Stay tuned for the finished space.

Sometimes you have to take a break from kitchens, bathrooms, and renovations to build something a little more magical 🌳🪄

This custom treehouse was a fun project for the Oceans Edge Construction team. Built around the existing trees, this backyard adventure space features multiple platforms, swings, climbing walls, rope ladders, a slide, and plenty of room for imagination to take over.

The best part? Knowing it will be the backdrop for years of memories, adventures, and childhood fun.
