This was a challenging but fun project that we are quite proud of. A complete gut of a downtown Frederick rowhouse that was over 100 years old and most recently consisted of three apartments. In returning the home to single family, we opened the stairway, demolished two efficiency kitchens and two bathrooms, added HVAC, all new plumbing and electrical.
