We’re not necessarily looking for the person with 10+ years of painting experience — we’re looking for someone who shows up, communicates well, takes ownership, and can confidently lead a crew and a job from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
✔️ Reliable & consistently shows up on time
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Comfortable leading and working alongside a crew
✔️ Able to communicate professionally with homeowners
✔️ Takes pride in quality and attention to detail
✔️ Can keep a project organized and moving on schedule
✔️ Positive attitude and team mentality

This is a great fit for someone who:
🚙 Enjoys driving and doesn’t mind being on the road most of the day
🪜 Is comfortable loading, unloading & hauling ladders
💪 Can lift and move painting supplies/equipment
📍 Can run materials and supplies between job sites
🛠️ Is willing to jump in and help wherever the team needs it
🙌 Is dependable, motivated, and wants to be part of a growing company

Your days will involve a LOT of driving, picking up supplies, delivering materials, moving ladders/equipment, and helping keep our crews moving efficiently.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

We've been working hard to finish this exterior, but persistent rain and bad weather has kept delaying us for days but we finally got the weather we needed to finish it up!

House was previously all white and we repainted the soffit, windows and trim white and body with this beautiful color bracing blue by Sherwin Williams
