Here’s a recent 14’ x 32’ elevated deck that was tore down and newly framed up. The deck was covered in TimberTech decking and Azek aluminum railing. It also has a privacy fence added to one side.

Here’s an unconventional addition we did.

This is a post frame addition which is not the standard foundation / stick built addition. The concrete pad was poured and prepped before we came and put our posts in the ground to start the framing process. The frame of the structure was sheathed with 1/2” OSB which then was house wrapped and sided to match the newly painted home.

The interior finishes included insulation, interior framing, drywall hanging & finishing, and trim work. We also built a custom 5’ x 8’ entry door.

Electrical, painting, concrete, gutters, & HVAC were subbed out.

Another beautiful bathroom remodel.

For this job we tore out the old vanity, flooring, and drywall around the shower surround. These were replaced with a new pedestal sink, vinyl plank flooring, and new drywall to fix the existing shower structure. In addition, we moved the toilet fl**ge to remove the back of the toilet out of the drywall. Final touches included installing a dark bronze glass shower door, new light fixture, new trim, and a new coat of paint on the walls and ceiling.

28’ W x 40’ L x 12’ H barn that was built late fall on Drummond Island. Features a Fully Poured Foundation, 6 3’ x 3’ Sliding Windows, 3’ Entry Door, 8’ x 8’ Garage Door and a 16’ x 10’ Garage Door. Electrical work, insulation, and interior finishes are coming this spring.
