This one got taken alllll the way down to the studs. We used sister studs to plumb the walls and leveled the floor to make sure the new drywall and tile looks flawless. Well worth the extra steps!

No job too small!! This crawl space access had rotted out and was sloping toward the home, allowing water and critters easy entry. The new access is rodent, rot, and water proof, with a pitch that will drain rain away.

April showers bring May flowers…
…but clogged gutters bring regret, overflow, and that one spot that pours directly on your head when you walk outside 😂

We’ve been getting a a lot of calls for bathroom remodels, which we absolutely love! But a lot of people have an unrealistic idea of what it cost to remodel a bathroom. If you’d like to get an idea of what the numbers would be, we have found ChatGPT to be pretty accurate. We do all of our own estimates, but we’ll sometimes run the specs through ChatGPT just to make sure we’re in the right range, and it hasn’t been off base at all.

Here’s a sample of a small bathroom I just checked. Keep in mind that this includes basic finishes and fixtures, no extensive plumbing changes, no tile work, and no surprises.

So just plug in your specs and it should give you a pretty good range of what you can expect for your next project. If that number falls within your potential budget, give us a call and we’ll set up an in person estimate!

It took most of today and a 5 person crew, but we got all 65 of these 40’ metal roof panels up
