Big transformation out in Madisonville, TN. We moved a large amount of dirt to completely reshape this property and improve the overall layout and drainage.

✔️ Corrected pitch and drainage around both barns
✔️ Created additional usable real estate
✔️ Regraded surrounding areas for easier long-term maintenance
✔️ Repaired and rebuilt an eroded driveway
✔️ Built 2 new building pads
✔️ Removed stumps and cleaned up the property
✔️ Installed steps and completed detailed finish grading throughout the project

A lot of planning, machine work, and attention to drainage went into this one. The property is now easier to maintain, better protected from erosion, and ready for future improvements.

Erosion control and excavation in Monroe county TN

After the recent rain storm washed out a special client’s switchback roadway, we restored the area by regrading the sides of the road to properly direct and manage water drainage. We then installed suitable fill dirt, mechanically compacted in lifts for stability and longevity, creating a solid base to be topped with gravel in the future.

Excavation / grading project in Knox County focused on improving the usability and value of the property. Around 300 yards of dirt were moved to regrade the area surrounding the garage, creating a smoother, more functional layout with improved access and drainage. Using the excess material, we also built out a new driveway area to maximize usable real estate and make the property more practical for everyday use.
