From removal to final set our team handles it from start to finish.

For this project, CWI removed the existing condenser, fabricated a new support frame, and coordinated the crane lift to set the condenser back into position.

With our crew working from the roof to safely guide the lift, communication and coordination were critical every step of the way.

Growing our business means growing our involvement in the community.

CWI Industrial Services is proud to officially join our local Lakeland Chamber of Commerce! We're looking forward to building new relationships, connecting with other Central Florida businesses, and becoming even more involved in the community we call home.

That involvement also extends to supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Tonight, we're proud to attend Southern Technical College's graduation as a member of their advisory board. Over the years, we've had the opportunity to hire graduates from their programs and see firsthand the value of investing in our future workforce.

During a recent scheduled shutdown at a fertilizer facility, our CWI Industrial Services team was onsite cleaning process ductwork and completing critical maintenance.

Exciting Progress at CWI Industrial Services!

We're excited to share a glimpse of the progress being made on our new headquarters in Lakeland. This project represents an important milestone in the continued growth of CWI Industrial Services, and we couldn't be more grateful for the team helping make it happen.

We would also like to thank Bo Boyte and the entire team at Bank of Central Florida for their support, guidance, and partnership throughout the process. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to helping local businesses grow have been instrumental in turning this project from a vision into reality.

A special thank you to A.O. Wagner Construction for their professionalism, communication, and commitment to quality throughout the construction process. We appreciate their collaborative approach and we look forward to working together throughout the construction process!
