Irrigation repair done right!
This setup was originally built using thin Class 200 PVC, which isn’t designed for above-ground exposure and long-term durability. We replaced the valve, the filter housing, and all above-ground piping with new thicker, more reliable Schedule 40 PVC.

Big shoutout to the irrigation manager for the subdivision — their help shutting off and draining the system made the valve replacement a smooth process!

Unfortunately, a before picture is not available. We removed the grass from this front yard and replaced it with 1/2" Tan Granite and 2"-3" Colorado Cobble (river rock). The homeowners were motivated by a desire to reduce water bills and eliminate grass cutting. My crew and I completed this project within two days. On day one, we removed the grass, hauled it away, and leveled the soil. On day two, we installed landscape edging and rock.

We blow the water out of your sprinkler system using an industrial tow behind air compressor that produces a high volume of air at low pressure. This prevents damage to your system and removes the water in the lines preventing damage from freezing. We also drain your irrigation pump (if you have one) and any above lines. We price our Sprinkler System Winterizations based on the size of your system, not the number of zones. A blowout is exactly what it sounds like—before the water in your sprinkler lines freezes, the water still lingering inside those lines needs to be blown out to prevent freezing. While completing this process doesn’t necessarily have to be complicated, it certainly can be, which is why a respected local irrigation contractor like Cutting Edge Lawn offers the service for a reasonable price. We use a large tow behind compressor to force low pressure air at a high volume to remove the water from your system. We are Fast, Reliable, and Professional.
